Boutique retreat properties with 10-30 rooms, wellness facilities, organic farm-to-table dining, and immersive nature experiences. Target locations: Turkish Riviera, Montenegrin coast, UAE desert retreats.

Franchise Model

Management franchise expansion: franchise fee $50K-150K, royalty 6-8%, marketing fee 2%. Target 20 franchise locations by 2028. Provide SOP, branding, training, technology, and ongoing support.

Asset-Light Model

Management contracts with existing properties (hotels, spas, resorts) to design and operate custom wellness centres. 15-25% of revenue as management fee. Lower CAPEX, faster expansion.

Financial Model
