Management franchise expansion: franchise fee $50K-150K, royalty 6-8%, marketing fee 2%. Target 20 franchise locations by 2028. Provide SOP, branding, training, technology, and ongoing support.
Asset-Light Model
Management contracts with existing properties (hotels, spas, resorts) to design and operate custom wellness centres. 15-25% of revenue as management fee. Lower CAPEX, faster expansion.
Financial Model
CAPEX: $5-15M per centre (depending on format). EBITDA margin: 25-35%. Breakeven: 18-30 months. IRR target: 20-30%. Exit: Asset sale, franchise rollup, or IPO.
